Professional
My life in website design began in 1997 when I was living in San Jose, CA. A friend showed me how to change the color of text using hexidecimal code. I was hooked. I continued to hold 9 to 5 gigs to keep the lights on while I taught myself Photoshop & Dreamweaver. Eventually, I pulled the trigger and turned my hobby into a full time job. I spent the first 4 years of my freelance life working for companies in the skateboard industry. This would eventually lead me to a job offer from Lakeshore Concepts as their Senior Graphic Designer. Lakeshore would eventually close their doors and I would find myself where I always felt I should be....working for myself.

Personal
I was born on the 27th day of December in 1973 in Kankakee, IL. It was in this small suburban town I would be introduced to skateboarding, music and art. I'm a father, a designer, an illustrator, a carpenter, a skateboarder, a problem solver, a workaholic, a writer and a full time thinker. I've lived both by the desert and by the ocean. I've been married. I've been divorced. I've made mistakes. I've made friends and I've lost friends. I've spent countless hours on tour buses interviewing musicians. I've got my childhood idols on speed dial. I've written lyrics for bands. I've been thanked in numerous albums. I've been inspired by others and inspired others. I've accomplished everything I've ever wanted to and more. My life has seen more ups than downs and more downs than ups. These experiences have led me back to Kankakee... they've lead me back home.
